Shipping

We currently offer only USPS Priority Mail flat rate shipping. Orders will ship within 2 days of the order being placed and transaction being processed. You will receive a tracking number via email when the order has been packaged.

 

 

Returns Policy

We accept any returns of defective products due to workmanship or quality concerns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Product must be returned in condition it is received. We do not support the modification of out products. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).  We do not accept returns for any other reason. 


You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Cancellation policy

Orders can be canceled any time prior to shipping without charge. 

 

 

DINO PRECISION LLC IS NOT LIABLE FOR THE MISUSE OR ALTERATION OF OUR PRODUCTS. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DENY SERVICE TO ANYONE WE BELIEVE MAY VIOLATE OUR TERMS OR LOCAL LAWS. THE PRODUCTS WE SELL ARE ACCESSORIES INTENDED FOR STORAGE AND CLEANING ONLY.
